Chestnut Honey

 Produced by bees from chestnut blossoms collected in summer, it has a dark color and a slightly sweet astringent taste. It is considered a rare honey the famous type of it is the Turkish type.

 

The nutritional and health benefits of chestnut honey:

 

  • Rich in minerals, iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium, Iodine and vitamins B and C, so it is useful for general weakness
  • Antioxidants, especially binosimirin, which are not found in other types of honey, and their benefit is to stimulate brain and nerve functions in neurological conditions, insomnia, hysteria, and neurasthenia. Turkish "chestnut honey" is the best, and its regular use will not harm the human body like other medicines.
